The rooms are exceptional. The staff were helpful, and the service was perfect. Dinner had some great choices, but the breakfast was my favorite. Location was in the heart of an urban area with beautiful sights all around. Overall, this hotel is one of the nicest I've been to in a long time. Well done to the staff and management crew.
I booked a superior room. The problem is that there are many different floor plans for superior rooms, however, the website only shows one very nice picture. When I arrived, it was a huge disappointment to me , the room is well below my expectations, even the staff was nice enough to let me change to a different room, it still didn't meet my expectations. I would suggest adding different pictures of the room and maybe different prices so customers know exactly what they will get. Other than this, the location is great and the staff are very helpful.
Can you explain why I got preserved orange juice while others got freshly-pressed orange juice? Also the waiters could hardly understand English, IN A FOUR SEASON HOTEL?
This is a luxurious property with a lot of history, also fairly small and intimate for being a five star hotel in the center of Istanbul’s old town. Felt almost like a boutique hotel. I stayed here over New Year’s Eve and for a special occasion, and the service could not have been better. Lives up to the name and reputation.
Service went above and beyond my expectations. The location is stunning and the rooms are elegant and spacious. The restaurant has some of the best food/wine in the city. They helped us book all our experiences, and had excellent restaurant, music, experience suggestions in the city for someone that wants something off the beaten path.
