It was the worst hotel i have ever been.It stinks in the room, the walls were very dirty and the towels also. The personal was how you would say it in turkish "cöp" there were a man and a women the man was handsome but the woman was not handsome. One night there were a man and a women fighting slamming the doors you hear everithing i couldnt sleep the whole night i thought i will get shot in my sleep, i got the personal amd they were very calm and it didnt interessed them. The toilet was very small. The terasse was ok but the light didnt function and the chairs and the table were broken.and the most horrible thing they had atashirk on the wall and almost everywhere i go in antalya i saw atashirk.I beg you please dont buy that hotel you will regret in 100%. Dont waste your money.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Uyar Palace in Antalya. Where do I even begin? The sheets were so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in them. The towels smelled like they had been used to mop up a sewage spill. Hygiene? Non-existent. Cockroaches, both dead and alive, treated the room as their own personal playground. The window was broken, offering a convenient entrance for anyone or anything from the overgrown jungle-like garden. And don't even get me started on the lack of AC or fans in a room that felt like the depths of hell. The sweltering heat was only rivaled by the buzzing of relentless mosquitoes. The staff can barely understand a word of English. This place is a disaster, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. They had the audacity to claim that we had booked an "economy" room, as if that term justified subjecting us to conditions resembling a homeless shelter. Apparently, in their twisted logic, "economy" equates to tossing guests into a nightmare rather than simply offering a smaller, less luxurious room. This level of disrespect and disregard for basic standards of hospitality is truly shocking. In the end we paid 350TL per night more for a room that was at least somewhat passable. Still nobody came to clean or change the sheets in the week we stayed there, and I doubt they were changed before the next guests came to stay.
The worst and dirtiest "hotel" I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. Cockroaches everywhere, no cleaning throughout the stay. The bathroom completely flooded, walls likely stained with semen. Venereal diseases visible to the naked eye. See you in a year
I booked room for 3 day but when i arrived there was mold in bathroom walls and dirty bedding. The arrogant disrespectful receptionist, Salma, refused a refund and told me to see another room. The 2 rooms are full of mold and dirty bedding. The manager told me that to get a better room, I had to pay 600 turkish lira extra than the 50$ i paid online. I refused and complained to my agency to get full refund
