I have had an awful experience in my life in this hotel. Although, it was near to Takin Square, everything was really awful. Not only it didn’t have any equipment but also the smell of the hotel was terrible and if I want talk about the stuff I would say sorry. Also, we stayed there for 4 nights the staff never changed our cover of blankets. Moreover, the negative points of this hotel it’s about breakfast it was the worst part of it finally I will have never ever recommended you city center hotel.
The hotel was categorized as a four-star establishment, but, in reality, it shouldn't have exceeded a two-star rating. The staff was amiable, with some of the girls being proficient in English. The hotel's location was conveniently situated. Nevertheless, the rooms were small and lacked cleanliness, likely attributable to their age.
BED BUGS….Planned to stay 3 nights. Only stayed 1 night. Woke up in the morning to find bed bugs crawling on my husband and me. Captured 2, put them in a bag and brought to front desk and manager’s attention. Manager does not think bed bugs are a big deal and threw a fit when we demanded a refund for all three nights. Do not stay here unless you like bed bugs as a sleeping partner. Too bad it won’t allow to upload the video with them running all over the bag.
Just horrible. The room was really small and messy. The shower was dirty. The breakfast was simple and coffee machine was broken all the times. All in all, the only good point about the hotel is it's location which is close to taksim square.
My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED the City Center Hotel by Taksim. The location is brilliant, the breakfast was very nice and the room was good value for money. I was very impressed.
